This automated content management function handles properly importing content chunks and updating the overall document for you.
Step One: PREPARE
Locate the archived Modules and Lessons to be inserted
Go to your saved Modules and Lessons
Verify that you know which Module or Lesson to select for insertion
Note it’s location so that you will be able to find it again easily
Open the Facilitator Guide or Participant Guide to be edited
Take a look at the Table of Contents
Identify the insertion point
Place your cursor at the insertion point in your open guidebook
Place your cursor at a free paragraph mark
just before the Page Break or Section Break
at the end of the content that will come just before the content you are about to insert.

Cursor placement is the key to success when inserting archived content.

Step TWO: Insert
Open the Guidebook you need to Insert content into and follow these steps …
Click Librarian in the Module/Lesson Control group on the LeaderGuide Pro ribbon
Click Insert Archived Modules or Lessons in the Librarian drop-down menu
In the dialog box you will see, select:
where your archived content resides, and
what you are inserting
You will be taken into File Explorer
In File Explorer:
Select the archived Module or Lesson to be inserted
Click OK
Your archived content will be inserted into your open guidebook at your insertion point
You will see the Insert dialog box again
Asking if you have more to insert
Either:
Click Continue to insert another archived Module or Lesson
OR – click Close if you are done inserting archived content for now
After clicking CLOSE check your insertion:
Click Update All Fields in the Controls group on the LGPro ribbon
Click Go To >> Table of Contents
Make sure your inserted content is in the correct spot
AND …
Go to the start of your inserted Module or Lesson
At the end of the page before an inserted Module there should be a section break
At the end of the page before an inserted Lesson there should be a page break
