Permanent License Information
Applies to all permanent software licenses.
The license is for a one-seat, permanent, single product activation license key. Each computer and user workstation that needs to use the software must have a license. Multiple seat licenses from a single key are possible by changing the quantity in your cart during the initial purchase.
A permanent software license authorizes the use of the purchased program indefinitely within the system requirement parameters, which are tied to the software version purchased and the version of Microsoft Office you designated at the time of purchase.
One-time. At initial purchase.
Includes minor updates and security patches to the obtained release. Email technical and user support begins when the license is purchased and runs for the first three months. Support is provided during business hours, directly by Great Circle Learning.
Permanent License Upgrade
Purchase this annually renewable plan to extend email technical and user support, access free Software Upgrades to new releases, and obtain a new license key when your version of Office changes. Purchase this plan for each license seat you wish to keep current.
If you need to move your license to a different computer that provides the supported environment: Before the change is made Deactivate your license key on the currently licensed machine using the "Activation and Deactivation" control on the product's ribbon. Only attempt to Activate the license key in the new environment after deactivating it in the old environment and installing all required software in the new environment.
You may not transfer licenses back and forth between users regularly. If multiple users need to use the software regularly, each user must have a license. If a single user needs to use the software on multiple computers, each computer must have a license.
This license applies to an add-in product to Microsoft Office, and it only functions with locally installed Windows versions of Microsoft Office. Supported versions include: Office365, 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010. Unless otherwise specified in a specific product description, the Mac versions of Microsoft Office are not compatible with this add-in. Read our complete System Requirements.
