Open PowerPoint and create a new slide with at least five different objects (e.g., text boxes, shapes, images).
2. List All Objects:
Open the Selection Pane by going to the Home tab, selecting Arrange, and then clicking on Selection Pane.
Add the Selection Pane to the Quick Access Toolbar by right-clicking on it and selecting Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
Ensure all objects created in step 1 are listed in the Selection Pane.
3. Toggle Visibility:
Use the "eye" icon next to each object in the Selection Pane to hide and unhide each object. Note how this affects the visibility of objects on your slide.
4. Rename Objects:
Rename each object in the Selection Pane to something descriptive (e.g., "Title Text," "Main Image," "Background Shape").
5. Change Layering Order:
Drag objects up or down in the Selection Pane to change their layering order. Ensure that the objects are layered correctly to achieve your desired visual effect.
6. Select Hard-to-Click Objects:
Use the Selection Pane to select an object that is hidden behind other objects or difficult to click directly on the slide.
7. Group and Ungroup Objects:
Group at least two objects together using the Selection Pane. Then, ungroup them to return to individual objects.
