  • Review the Style Guide PDF for the facilitator actions or content blocks. Determine which ones you need for your training program.

  • In PowerPoint, add bolded headlines to denote the specific facilitator actions above the relevant text in the speaker notes section.

  • In LeaderGuide Pro, start inserting the content blocks for the facilitator actions that you need.

    • Content blocks are inserted beneath where your cursor is located.

    • You can highlight text from the PPT Notes block and then choose the content block you want, and it will be placed in the new block.
