As our Chief Product Architect, Rich develops all of the software offered by Great Circle Learning. The software tools Rich designs automate and enhance Microsoft 365 to help instructional designers, course writers and subject matter experts increase their productivity and produce more professional deliverables.

The MVP award distinguishes Rich as being part of a select group of experts who represent technology’s best and brightest and share a deep commitment to their communities. In addition to his technical expertise, Rich is an instructional designer with a degree in adult education and subject matter expertise in applying critical thinking to address business challenges.
