Use the LeaderGuide Pro ribbon in Word

This is what the full LeaderGuide Pro ribbon looks like.

  • It is your friend.

  • Use it to take advantage of the LeaderGuide Pro automation.

  • Hover your cursor over any button for a screen tip that tells you what the button does for you.

Things to consider as you start:

  • If you have slides to import - find the correct file and have it open

  • Close other applications you won’t be needing so that you can focus

  • If you have a course outline, have it open/available as a reference to help you set up your Modules & Lessons

Remember that:

  • Clicking a ribbon button kicks off a series of actions.

  • Your screen may jump & flash - this is normal.

  • You may see messages - they are not error messages. Read them. They there to help you.
