Deactivate - How to deactivate the software

If you are getting a new computer; or before re-assigning a license seat, the current user must Deactivate on his or her computer.

The Steps

  1. Open Word
  2. Click on the LeaderGuide Pro tab

  3. Click Act’n DeAct 
  4. Select “Deactivate this software”

  5. Click OK
  6. See a message indicating success

  7. Close and re-open Word
