Why not just use regular copy and paste?

While you can copy and paste from one document to another, you will lose the ability to have control over the object’s size, and you copy risk degrading the print quality of the copied object. Thus, saving objects as .png files is more reliable. Plus, you can then rename and save the .pngs to makes it easier to find and reuse the objects again in the future.

Luckily, AuthorTec Manage Styles makes this easy to do.
