Resize Images in Word with AuthorTec Resize Pictures
Working with images in Word requires advanced knowledge and skill that most of us don’t even know we need.
Besides being time consuming, because you have to work with one image at a time, resizing can also be tricky. Grabbing an image by a corner and pushing to make it smaller or pulling to make it bigger will distort the image’s appearance. Even if it looks okay on your screen, this method of resizing will negatively impact the print quality of the image.
AuthorTec Resize Pictures reliably works with all of your images at once or selectively.
Use AuthorTec Resize Pictures to:
Adjust the size of pictures; embedded or linked.

Why can’t I just push and pull my pictures to resize them?
Pushing and pulling does not take into account the image’s aspect ratio, which is the proportional relationship between the image’s height and width.
Thus, in Word, pushing and pulling distorts your images. You might not see the distortion on your screen, but it will be become painfully evident when you print your document.
