How to pay by Purchase Order
- Place your order in our online store choosing Purchase Order as the payment method.
You do not need to have a purchase order number at that time.
You will receive an Invoice that will include detailed instructions on how to complete your purchase with a Purchase Order.
Once your purchase order is received and approved your order will be processed.
How to pay by Invoice
Follow the pay by purchase order steps above to obtain your invoice. Then, simply send your check to the payment address on the Invoice. Once your check is received and cleared your order will be processed.
Great Circle Learning Software License Purchase Options
Software licenses to Great Circle Learning products are available as subscription licenses or perpetual licenses. Purchase a license seat for each user. When you purchase a quantity of 2 or more in a single order, one serial number will be issued that will allow activation of the quantity purchased.
A Perpetual License will run forever with the specific version of the software you purchase and the specific version of Microsoft Office the license is tied to when you purchase it.
Pay once, upfront, for a perpetual license.
When you want to move to a new version of the software or when your version of Office changes you will need to buy a new license.
A Subscription License will run for 12 months and includes free access to new releases of the software during your subscription term.
Subscriptions run interchangeably with Office 2016, 2013, 2011, 2010 and 2007 on a PC or Mac. (Please check our store for currently available Mac versions.) All subscriptions run with Office 365 as long as a desktop version of Office is also installed (either 2016, 2013, 2011, 2010, or 2007).
There are two ways to pay for a subscription license, 1-Payment or 12-Payments.
Both payment plans run for 12 months.
1-Payment subscriptions expire one year from the date of purchase. The option to renew is always available.
12-Payment subscriptions renew one month from the date of purchase, and then on the same date every month until cancelled. The method of payment used for the initial payment is charged each month on the renewal date. On the annual expiration date this payment plan subscription will automatically renew, unless cancelled.
A subscription license can be cancelled without penalty at at any time; however, there are no partial refunds. Cancelling stops the next scheduled billing, which also ends the subscription.
If tax applies to your order you must pay the tax to complete the order. If your organization is tax exempt you can request an immediate sales tax refund after the transaction processes.
This is how to request a sales tax refund:
- Send an e-mail email@example.com
- Type "Sales Tax Refund Request" into the Subject Line
- In the body of the e-mail include the Order Number ID shown on your invoice / order confirmation
- Attach your organization's tax exempt documentation to the email.
This may be a certificate, tax form, or other government-issued documentation.
If you are not able to attach an electronic copy of your documentation, please include your organization's tax-exempt ID.
Digital River Support will respond to your request within 24 hours. The funds will post back to the payment account (e.g., credit card) used for the order within 3-5 business days, or sooner.
Great Circle Learning Services
Our services are available either hourly or at a daily rate, payable through our online store. Sales tax may apply.
Delivery of Software, Licenses and Services
- Software install files and software licenses are delivered electronically to the email address on the order.
- Credit card orders are processed immediately upon approval.
- Orders paid by other payment methods are delivered once payment is approved/received.
- Services are delivered as mutually agreed by Great Circle Learning and the purchaser.
After you submit your order
You will receive an email receipt firstname.lastname@example.org
The subject line will say: [Great Circle Learning] Order Confirmation: Order STxxxxxxx ( a series of numbers)
The email will serve as a receipt and it will include your software license product activation serial number, if purchased, and a link into your online account.
Your method of payment will show a transaction from DRI*GCL ONLINE STORE in the amount of your order total.
You may notice references to eSellerate and MyCommerce.com in our online store and on your receipt. These are Digital River companies.
Email communications regarding your orders will be sent to your order email address from email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
Email from our Store it is sent on our behalf from digitalriver.com and esellerate.net so please add these email domains to your safe senders list, along with greatcirclelearning.com
How to Manage Your Subscription Account
Visit the eSellerate After-Purchase Services site.
Enter the e-mail address that you entered for the original purchase, and the order number of your original purchase. Your order number begins with "ST" and includes a string of numbers. This information is included in any notification e-mail messages you have received.
Once you enter your account
you will be able to:
- Retrieve your serial number(s).
- Download purchased software products.
- Update your order email address and billing information.
- Print a receipt for your order.
- Access your order history.
- Change your subscription order quantity.
- Renew a subscription.
- Cancel a subscription.
- Manually activate software if automatic activation
is not an option.
- Find your order number. If you don't know your order number, enter the e-mail address you used for the purchase and eSellerate will e-mail you a detailed list of all your orders.
All Sales are Final
There are no refunds on the purchase of software licenses or services rendered. Please notify us immediately if a mistake has been made, so that we can resolve the problem.
