How to Access & Use
Open the Word document you want to search and click AuthorTec Find’n Highlight on the Home tab ribbon.

Why not just use Word’s Find function?
Word’s Find function is good, but limited.
When you need to search through a large document for a list of words or phrases, you must search for one item at a time. There’s no way to distinguish one set of found items from another. Moving back and forth to edit can be challenging to do efficiently. There’s no way to save a list of words and phrases you regularly search for.
