How to find your saved images

After the saving action is complete

You will see a message like the one below, letting you know where to find the image files

If you accidentally close the message before noting the location of the images

  1. Look in the same folder as the Word document you've been drawing from
  2. The images are in a new sub-folder with a name that:

    1. begins with your document's name

    2. followed by _ATec

For example, if I save objects from a file named "Elements Leader Guide" that is stored within a folder named "Elements 101" then my saved .png files will be in a folder named:
Elements 101\Elements Leader Guide _ATec

The picture files created

  • Are in their original format, such as .png or .jpg or .tif etc.
  • Are named "image"

  • And then are numbered sequentially

If you use the Details view to look at your saved objects you will see them listed by name sequentially, in the order they were saved from the document.

If you use one of the Icons views, you will see the images sequentially, in the order they were savved from the document.
