Annual Subscription Information

Applies to all 12-month 1-payment subscriptions.

 

Coverage

 

The subscription is for a one-seat, one-year, single product activation license key. Each computer and user workstation that needs to use the software must have a subscription. Multiple seat licenses from a single key are possible by changing the quantity in your cart during the initial purchase.

 

Duration

 

12 months. The subscription starts the day you make your purchase and runs for 12 months from the date of purchase, irrespective of the date of license activation.

 

Billing Frequency

 

One-time. Billing occurs annually, at the time of your initial purchase.

 

Renewal

 

At the end of the initial 12-month term, this subscription renews automatically for another 12 months. If you prefer to switch to Manual Renewal, this option is provided at the time of initial purchase. Immediately below your Subtotal you will have the ability to deselect the option to “Securely save payment details for automated subscription renewal.” Deselecting this option will cause your subscription to terminate one year from the initial purchase date.

 

Cancellation

 

Previously paid subscription billings are not refundable. Cancellations only terminate future billing to the buyer’s credit card.

 

Support

 

While the subscription is active, it includes patches and minor upgrades to the software. Email technical and user support begins when the subscription is purchased and runs for three months. Support is provided during business hours, directly by Great Circle Learning.

 

Extended Support

 

While in your cart at the time of Annual Subscription purchase, an option is provided to also purchase Extended Support, which provides access to all version upgrades and extends email technical and user support for the full 12-month duration of the subscription. Purchase this plan for each license seat you wish to include in Extended Support.

This option is ONLY available as an add-on to the purchase of a new or renewing annual subscription. Should you require technical or user support after the initial three-month period and you have not opted to participate in the Extended Support plan, you can purchase Great Circle Learning support services separately.

 

License Transfer

 

If you need to move your subscription to a different computer or if your version of Microsoft Office is scheduled to change during your subscription period to a different supported environment: Before the change is made Deactivate your subscription key on the currently licensed machine using the "Activation and Deactivation" control on the product's ribbon. Only attempt to Activate the subscription key in the new environment after deactivating it in the old environment and installing all required software in the new environment.

 

Unsanctioned Transfer

 

You may not transfer licenses back and forth between users regularly. If multiple users need to use the software regularly, each user must have a license. If a single user needs to use the software on multiple computers, each computer must have a license.

 

System Requirements

 

This subscription applies to an add-in product to Microsoft Office, and it only functions with locally installed Windows versions of Microsoft Office. Supported versions include: Office365, 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010. Unless otherwise specified in a specific product description, the Mac versions of Microsoft Office are not compatible with this add-in. Read our complete System Requirements.
