Incident Resolution

Issues that require our intervention to diagnose problems, provide guidance on how to repair files, or work with your IT support staff are fee-based services.

When you have a general question or inquiry about the functions of LeaderGuide Pro or george! we encourage you email us. If your is related to a technical issue that has to do with the installation and implementation of our software in your environment, we will ask you to pay an Incident fee prior to delivery of our service unless you have a Maintenance Agreement.

Incidents

You will be required to pay an Incident fee before service is rendered if you do not have a Maintenance Agreement in place and you need our technical assistance to:

• diagnose problems
• assist with software install or activation issues
• work with your IT support staff
• provide guidance on how to repair files created with LeaderGuide Pro and george!

What is NOT Covered

Incident resolution does not cover teaching you how to use the software. For that we offer free instructional videos and paid user training options, including 90-minute one-on-one virtual training sessions.

Annual Software Maintenance

Save money and add Maintenance when you purchase a License or an Upgrade. Annual Software Maintenance:

• ensures priority response to your issues
• pre-pays for an Incident fee - at a discounted rate
• and pre-pays for upgrades to the software you hold licenses to, at a discounted rate
