I believe in giving kudos when appropriate, and Holly certainly deserves them! I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to finish a course when I hit some snags. You gave my issue to Holly who was able to resolve them on the same day! I know that every customer thinks his or her problem is "urgent" and it's easy to become complacent with serving us sometimes; this was not the case with Holly.
