Word 2007
Click on the Handouts block 
Which is in the LGP Blocks and Other Automated Entry Elements group on the LGPro ribbon

You have the option to:
- Create Handout Instructions
- Create Handout Content
How to create a Handout
- Insert the Handout Instructions Block and enter your instructions
- Insert the Handout Content block and enter the handout content
- If your handout content spans more than one page you will need to allow the Content block to flow across multiple pages
How to allow your Handout to flow across multplie pages
To do this in Word 2003
- Place your cursor in the Handout Content block and ...
- On the Word toolbar, click on Table/Properties/Row
- Select Allow row to break across pages
To do this in Word 2007
- Place your cursor in the Handout Content block and ...
- Click on the Layout tab along the top of your computer screen, on the right end of the ribbon
- At the left end of the Layout ribbon, click on Properties
- In the dialog box that comes up, click on the Row tab and then click on the option to Allow row to break across pages
To extract a Handout as a stand-alone handout
- Click on Special/ Export Assessments, Cases and Handouts
- OR, highlight the case instructions and content and click on Special/Set Bracketed Areas for Extract
- The RED TEXT is non-printing – it will not extract or show up in your printed document
To extract a Handout into a Participant Guide
- Click on Special/ Extract Participant Guide Text
- Select the option to extract Handout
