Password - I forgot it!

• Click on My Account
• Click on Request new password
• Check your email - you will instantly receive an email with a new, temporary log-in link
• IMPORTANT: The email will be from info [at] gclearning [dot] com If you don't see it right away, check your spam filter
• The email Login link will expire in 24 hours
• The link will take you to a secure web page where you can re-set your password
• That's it

To Change your Password

Assuming you are logged in to your account:

• Click on the Edit tab
• If your Account information dialog box isn't showing, click on Account
• Type in a new Password
• Type it in again to confirm it
• Click on Save
• That's it
