How do I import slides?

In your leader guide, e-leader guide, participant guide, or attached document - from any page:
- Click on the Special button
- From the drop down menu under Slide Images, click on Add or Replace
- This will open a form with a number of options that are grayed out
- If your slide file is open, then you should see it in the white file selection box on the form. Click on it to highligt the file name, then click on SELECT. This will will activate the rest of the dialog box options.
- If you don't see your slide file, click on Browse and navigate to it in Windows Explorer, click on the file name, click on Open, and then you will see it in the LGPro Importing Slides dialog box. So, click on it to highlight the file name, then click on SELECT. This will will activate the rest of the dialog box options.
- Choose the options you want and follow the prompts to complete the import.

In your leader guide, e-leader guide or participant guide, from any page:
- Click on the Special button
- From the drop down menu under Slide Images, click on Add or Replace
- This will open a form with a number of options that are grayed out
- If you see your slide file in the file selection area on the form, click on it and click on Select, which will activate all of the form functionality
- If you don't see your slide file, click on Browse and navigate to it in Windows Explorer
- Click on the file name, click on Open, now see it in the LGPro form, click on it, click on select and the form functionality is available to you
- Choose the options you want and follow the prompts to complete the import

In your leader guide or participant guide, from any page:
- Click on the Special button
- From the drop down menu click on Import Finished Slides - this will open Windows Explorer
- Navigate to the PowerPoint file you want to import
- Follow the prompts to complete the import

- Open your PPT file and click on File/Send to/Microsoft Office Word
- In the dialog box that comes up, select the third option
- Save the Word file with an easily identifiable name, like "My Slides to Import"
- Close the Word document and also close PowerPoint
- In your leader guide or participant guide, from any page, click on the Special button
- From the drop down menu click on Import Finished Slides - this will open Windows Explorer
- Navigate to the Word version of your PowerPoint file
- Follow the prompts to complete the import
