Get to Know a Button

A quick Goggle search on the percentage of software features that are used, or never used, revealed not surprising statistics. Here's a snapshot of what I found.

Because I provide support to our software users, I hear it all the time, every day.  "I'm sure I'm not taking full advantage of what LeaderGuide Pro can do for me, but I'm....  just too busy to figure it out; not good with software; only working on this temporarily; your excuse here."

I get it. I have been using Camtasia for the past few years and I still don't know how to add a Table of Contents to a video so that you can go straight to what you need. But this isn't about me. This is about figuring out how to make it easier for you to more fully use our powerful, life-changing software.

In doing a series of videos on the LeaderGuide Pro ribbon I came to realize that simply getting to know the buttons is a great way to build comfort with the software and increase knowledge of what it does. So, get to know a button! Or in our case, get to know a ribbon group, because the buttons are organized into groups based on the functions they do, like the buttons in the Text/Table Formatting group or the Controls group.

Watch the Ribbon videos to see what I mean.
