• Because LeaderGuide Pro™ is an add-in to Microsoft Office, and because there are different versions of Office, there are different editions of the LeaderGuide Pro™ software. They do the same things, but each edition is compatible with just ONE version of Office.
• So, Upgrade Protection, which is part of Annual Software Maintenance, is about pre-paying at a discounted rate, for 12 months, for the ability to switch out one edition of LeaderGuide Pro™ for another if your version of Office changes and an Office-compatible edition of LeaderGuide Pro is available.
• AND, for 12 months, it covers you for moving to the most current release of LeaderGuide Pro™ as we issue new releases.
