All of the products we offer have been:

• designed and developed by training industry professionals with credentials in instructional design, adult learning, and the appropriate technical and subject matter expertise
• proven effective through extensive use in the field by both corporate and public sector training industry practitioners.

Our Refund Policy

All sales are final. As with most software, our LeaderGuide Pro™, george! and Training Content software products are sold "as is". This is necessary given the sensitive nature of software and the ease with which it may be copied and used. However, you can thoroughly check out our LeaderGuide Pro™ and george! software before buying, by downloading the software for free and running it in free trial Demo mode.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to place orders on this web site.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

License Keys and install software for all software products and the electromic files for all Reusable Modules are delivered via electronic file download; delivery is immediate upon successful submission of your order. There is no shipping fee associated with electronic file download.

If you order a CD with the Install Software or any of our Consumable Materials products, they will be shipped within one business day of receiving your order, the best way. Within the continental United States we ship either Fed Ex Express Saver 3-day Service or via the United States Postal Service. For all other shipping locations we use the United States Postal Service Express Mail. A shipping fee is built into the price of the CD. There is no additional shipping fee.
